Thank You for Choosing Mammoth Mountain Chalets
Welcome back to the mountains! We’d like to begin by saying we’ve truly missed you and are happy to be one of the first to welcome you back to the fresh mountain air and wide-open spaces of the Eastern Sierra.
In preparation for your visit, we are monitoring the COVID-19 situation closely, including the various guidelines from governmental health agencies. We have made numerous changes to safeguard your health and wellbeing during your stay in the mountains.
We’re all in this together!
We believe that we are all in this together and thank you in advance for helping us to reduce the spread of this virus. While we have developed new standards for cleanliness, we ask that you help us by following CDC guidelines, including the following:
- Please help keep yourself safe and healthy by practicing proper social distancing.
- Wear face coverings in public.
- Refraining from touching your face.
- Wash your hands often with soap or hand sanitizer for a minimum of 20 seconds.
Our Commitment to Your Health and Safety
Mammoth Mountain Chalets has been helping families and friends create their own mountain memories for generations. We continue to be committed to healthy lifestyles and the safety and comfort of our guests.
We have taken additional preventative actions to reduce the spread of COVID-19 and provide a safe environment for you to relax, recharge and spend time with loved ones in a beautiful outdoor setting. While we have always taken the proper precautions and employed comprehensive cleaning procedures between each guest stay, we have now developed even more rigorous sanitization and disinfection protocols after reviewing guidelines laid out by the World Health Organization, CDC, and EPA, including the use of CDC compliant cleaners. Our staff has gone through rigorous training regarding these new standards and protocols.
In response to these efforts, Mammoth Mountain Chalets has been granted a California Hotel and Lodging Association (CHLA) Clean+Safe Certification.
You’ll See That Some Things May Look Different Around Here
We pride ourselves on our single-family dwellings that allow families and private groups the space and privacy to relax in a beautiful mountain environment. Each Chalet is unique in its ambiance and décor. However, you’ll notice we’ve removed a few things from each chalet where appropriate to promote a safe and sanitary environment. If you have any questions, please feel free to give us a call.
If you start to feel ill during your stay, report to the office right away. The most common signs and symptoms of coronavirus infection are fever, dry cough, and shortness of breath. Symptoms typically occur 1-14 days after exposure, though a small proportion of people who are infected don’t have any symptoms. If you are experiencing these symptoms within 14 days before your visit, please follow CDC guidelines and refrain from traveling.
